Initiating a Return

Not the right size? Don't worry! Returns are free and easy within 30 days.

You can simply initiate a return by leveraging our chat bot Tyrion and creating a return request. After getting your ticket number, next step is to drop off your item at the nearest partner courier drop off point in your area.

Please make sure to include all of these together with your order: 

• Waybill
• Receipt
• Item you ordered (Please make sure that you did not use/wash the item yet so we can process the return/exchange for you!
